I serve clients throughout New York City, including Manhattan, The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester and the surrounding areas.

I handle a range of family law cases, including, but not limited to, custody, child support, uncontested divorces, adoption, guardianship, emancipation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, visitation and paternity. I also handle select contract cases, civil rights actions and assist with legal document preparation in various areas of law. 

The length of your case will depend on a variety of factors, but I will work efficiently to resolve your case as quickly as possible.

I have both flat rate and hourly options when it comes to cost. The cost of your case will be dependent upon the type of case and can range from $2,500-$10,000. If it is not a flat rate case, your case will be billed at $350/Hour.

While the outcome of your case in no way can be predicted, I can ensure you that I will work diligently and effectively to produce a satisfactory outcome.  

Payment plans are not offered for the initial payment. In hourly based cases, a payment plan may be offered for any additional payments needed.

Payment must be made before the commencement of any work on your case.
